Responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence for clients who are acquiring businesses
• Prepares detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements
• Participates in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis
• Interacts with the other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit, and other consulting practices
• Represents the firm in community activities and professional association

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range ($31 - $37 per hour) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
