Responsibilities
- Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand and assess their insurance needs, offering constructive advice and solutions tailored to their unique circumstances in New Port Richey, Florida.
- Lead Generation : Actively pursue new leads and build a strong client base through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Policy Explanation : Clearly explain and detail various insurance policy options, ensuring clients fully understand the benefits and coverage to make informed decisions.
- Customer Service : Provide exemplary service by addressing client inquiries, managing claims, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the insurance process.
- Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and converting prospects into satisfied clients.
- Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends and local market conditions to provide clients with the most relevant and competitive insurance options.
- Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with insurance laws, regulations, and JMAS Insurance Agency policies.
Requirements
