Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity exists for a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide essential behavioral support in an educational setting. This contract position is ideal for professionals dedicated to implementing behavioral interventions that promote student growth and development.

Key Qualifications :

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with children or students in a school-based environment
  • Ability to follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff
  • Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting diverse learning needs

Location :

  • Position based in Tracy, CA
  • Responsibilities :

  • Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under supervision
  • Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavior
  • Assist in promoting positive social and educational outcomes for students
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
