As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a hotel or resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to guests and staff. Your role includes conducting routine patrols and delivering exceptional customer service, all while supporting a welcoming environment for everyone on site. Pay Rate : $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations throughout the hotel or resort in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random foot patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns in the hotel or resort environment.
  • Assist with access control procedures, including monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Support the hotel's emergency response protocols by communicating promptly with management and first responders during incidents.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to guests and staff regarding security-related matters and site policies.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A valid guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
