job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMaster's Degree in Sports Management Provide golf instruction lessons and clinics on an as needed basis for each student. Establish a supportive and encouraging relationship with the student body. PGA or LPGA member in good standing. A minimum of five years of golf industry experience. Certifications in various golf instruction tools / apps such as : Launch monitor technology; video analysis software; pressure plate technology; online coaching platforms; tournament administration programs; and golf operations software are highly recommended.
Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through :
- Planning and organizing instructional methods and resources
- Programmatic accreditation (if applicable)
- Facilitating student engagement in the classroom / learning environment
- Working one-on-one with students
- Assessing students and providing developmental feedback
