Overview
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is a national practice dedicated exclusively to in-home end-of-life care for pets. We believe all pets and their families deserve the most compassionate and supportive end-of-life experience. Our veterinarians help pets and their parents with quality-of-life assessments, pain and anxiety management, end-of-life consultations, and peaceful euthanasia in the comfort of their pet's favorite place - home.
This position is remote and reports to the Director of Marketing (most likely). The role supports our Marketing Department in a fast-paced, exciting, and fun environment and aims to accelerate growth in two key areas : Veterinarian and Veterinary Student Recruitment Marketing, and Internal Branding.
Position Information
Base pay range : $65,000.00 / yr - $70,000.00 / yr
Starting Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
Schedule : Monday - Friday; 8AM - 5PM (occasional night webinar)
Classification : Full Time - Exempt

Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract and engage veterinarians through digital, social, email, and other paid channels
Partner with Marketing and Recruiting to optimize talent pools, improve candidate experience, and analyze campaigns using HubSpot, our CRM
Build and maintain a veterinarian-focused content strategy, including webinars, videos, and testimonials
Collaborate with HR and Employee Relations to craft engaging messages, newsletters, and materials to strengthen culture and employee connection
Support company-wide marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation for Lap of Love's services
Monitor marketing analytics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Experience, Education and Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Marketing (Digital, Brand, Social), Graphic Design, or related field, required
Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising, required
At least 5 years of relevant experience, required
Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Canva
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to self-manage multiple projects at a time
Self-driven, collaborative, and motivated to do profound work
Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
Top notch oral and written communication skills
Confident, independent thinker, and self-starter
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Exercises critical thinking skills
This position is a remote role requiring the ability to work independently. Hours may vary and weekend availability may be necessary to complete the necessary job functions
Physical and Other Job Requirements
Able to sit for prolonged periods of time up to 8 hours a day
Able to frequently communicate by telephone and through use of computer technologies
Process manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and the ability to operate a computer, read a computer screen and type on a keyboard for prolonged periods of time up to 8 hours per day
Average or above average working knowledge of the internet and scheduling and communications applications and software
Access to reliable and secure internet
Maintain confidentiality of all patient, client, and business information
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines
