C.A. Lawton is growing, and we’re looking for reliable Production Team Members to join our foundry team! With new starting pay and increased shift differentials, now is the perfect time to build a career in a high-demand trade. No foundry experience is required—we’ll provide all the training you need.

Hours & Pay

  • 1st Shift : 4 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM (Mon–Fri, OT as needed)
  • 2nd Shift : 2 : 30 PM – 1 : 00 AM (OT as needed)
  • 3rd Shift : 5 : 30 PM – 4 : 00 AM (Mon–Fri, OT as needed)
  • Pay : $19.00 / hour + $2.00 / hour shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift

    • What You’ll Do

  • Produce quality parts and products for industries like mining, marine, HVAC, and oil & gas
  • Roles may include sand molding, melting & pouring, grinding, and material handling
