The Electrical Project Manager II is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of self-perform union electrical construction projects. This role involves comprehensive project management, resource allocation, budget control, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop project strategies, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Lead and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Create and manage project budgets, continuously monitoring and controlling project costs.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
Implement and oversee rigorous quality control processes to ensure construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
Identify project risks, develop comprehensive risk mitigation plans, and monitor risk factors.
Serve as the primary client interface, managing client expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Prepare and distribute comprehensive project status reports, performance metrics, and progress updates to stakeholders.
Review project contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
