Responsibilities
Enrollment & Start of Year
- Build / maintain DIG homeroom rosters; execute bulk field updates (e.g., Homeroom).
- Process first-day "No Shows," reconcile absence lists with schedules, update upon re-enrollment.
Master Schedule & Scheduling (PowerSchool)
Collaborate with administrators and counselors to build and maintain the master schedule in PowerSchool / PowerScheduler.Create and balance sections, load students from requests, resolve conflicts, and manage drop / add windows per school protocols.Maintain constraints and compliance and process mid-year changes to protect credit paths.Validate and publish schedules and generate / distribute schedule reports and data for required reporting.Readiness, Testing & Credentials
Enter Civics Test and Financial Literacy outcomes; manage waivers per policy.Record CCRI credentials in Postsecondary Readiness plans; file certificates; track CTE completers.Enter Seal of Biliteracy and associated scores; manually post ACT / WorkKeys when needed.Transcripts, Grades & Credits
Enter / verify incoming transcripts; convert alpha to numeric grades; map terms correctly.Provide / confirm transfer grades for mid-term enrollees; verify teacher entry in PowerTeacher Pro.Process grade changes / incompletes (forms, approvals, historical grade updates, documentation).Post Credit Recovery (CR), Virtual School (VS), Dual Enrollment; apply weighting; record college credit attainment.Record OHS-earned college credits and update cohort tracking as required.Compliance & Reporting
Maintain graduation pathways, exit types, FAFSA waivers, and other AL Custom fields.Run monthly Data Validation; correct items; align cohorts, dates, stored credits.Reconcile AIM with PowerSchool for cohorts / CCRIs / ACT / WorkKeys; compile audit evidence.Assist with CRDC and other state / federal submissions as assigned.Quarter / Year-End Tasks
Produce / distribute report cards by DIG; audit grade / percent mismatches and grading thresholds.At Q2 / Q4, award credit as applicable and document stored credit notes.Year-end : verify senior transcripts and all external / virtual / CR entries; produce and file official.Athletics & Non-Traditional Students
Flag athletes; batch-update eligibility indicators; maintain documentation.Record Non-Traditional Student Type (homeschool / online / church school) and coordinate eligibility verification.Assume and perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
