Overview We’re seeking a collaborative and versatile Marketing Manager to drive All Star’s marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This high-impact role will shape and share the All Star story through integrated campaigns, trade shows and events, sales enablement, and external communications. The Marketing Manager will supervise a Marketing Specialist and partner closely with Campaign Management, Sales, and Operations. Success in this role requires strong project management, messaging, and communication skills, plus a storyteller’s instinct and a discerning eye for design that make marketing unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities Integrated Marketing & Campaign Support
Develop and execute compelling, consistent messaging across marketing campaigns
Partner with stakeholders to ensure campaign deliverables align with business goals and sales needs
Tailor messaging to audience segments and distribute through the right channels
Act as liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring clarity of campaign goals, assets, and timelines
Lead enablement efforts including campaign briefs, toolkits, and training sessions
Collect feedback from sales to refine materials and improve effectiveness
Manage company-wide internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement
Trade Show & Event Marketing
Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and field marketing events from end to end
Oversee pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and lead capture in partnership with sales
Supervise and mentor a Marketing Specialist, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and development opportunities
Foster collaboration within the broader marketing team to drive results
Project & Performance Management
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across departments to keep initiatives on track
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and event performance to refine future strategies and maximize ROI
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing; healthcare or staffing industry experience preferred
Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaigns
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
Experience managing trade shows and events from start to finish
Excellent writing, messaging, and communication skills
Prior experience supervising or mentoring team members
Proficiency with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus
Experience with internal communication tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, intranets) a plus
