About the position
Program Managers (Maintenance Supervisor II) are an essential part of the Maintenance Operations' divisions. These positions provide equitable leadership while planning, organizing, and managing the division's dynamic workload and supporting the Bureau's strategic goals.
About the division
Street Systems Division has ~100 employees and provides essential maintenance and repair services for the City's 4,800 miles of roadways. The division is responsible for a variety of roadway programs, ranging from large-scale paving projects with a 30-person crew to pothole repairs completed by small teams. The division also supports other City bureaus by paving back their water / sewer / storm trenches and contributes to safety projects and the ADA curb ramp program.
