Accountabilities

• Design, implement, and maintain core backend services powering the payments platform.
• Drive technical architecture and end-to-end implementation of complex features and projects.
• Write production-quality code, conduct code reviews, and ensure system reliability through testing and monitoring.
• Solve challenges in distributed systems, global payment integrations, compliance, and fraud prevention.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Risk, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers, provide guidance, and foster knowledge sharing to elevate team performance.
• Champion operational excellence by contributing to on-call practices, observability, and system monitoring.
