Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a one-year, rotational experience designed to prepare the next generation of leaders at Clemens Food Group. Through hands-on learning, cross-functional projects, and cohort-based development sessions, you will gain the skills, confidence, and business understanding to step into a permanent role upon completion.

You will :

• Rotate through different areas of the business to gain a 360 view of the food production industry.
• Lead real projects that drive efficiency, quality, and growth.
• Participate in monthly learning sessions, farm and plant visits, and unique experiences that deepen your understanding of our business and culture.
• Build relationships across teams and functions while developing leadership skills that will last your entire career.
