Crisis Management Specialist

A company is looking for a Business Resilience Specialist - Crisis Management.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement crisis management plans aligned with organizational objectives

Conduct simulations and tabletop exercises to test strategies and promote a culture of preparedness

Perform assessments of risks to critical business functions and provide actionable improvement insights

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or related fields

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in Crisis Management or Business Continuity is a plus

Strong understanding of BCM governance frameworks and operational risk management

Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing response strategies

Creative thinking and a proactive approach to identifying challenges
