Oxford Solutions has an opening with our client for a Mortgage Title & Recording Specialist to support the loan servicing department with post-closing document processing.
This role focuses on reviewing and recording title and mortgage documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. Title experience and recording documents is a top priority. Post-closing experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Review deed, mortgage, and title documents for each closing.
Verify that all required signatures and documentation are present.
Prepare, scan, and upload signed closing packages for offshore processing, retention, and customer access.
Review returned or rejected documents, obtain clarification, and resolve discrepancies.
Communicate issues related to document accuracy or missing information to internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate and organized digital records according to company procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year of experience in mortgage processing, title review, or closing documentation.
Title experience and recording document knowledge preferred.
Post-closing experience a bonus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
