The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications :

PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy Or

Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy

Upon hire : Washington Pharmacist License

Can work variable shift and during weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications :

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
