IT / Connectivity Specialist

Plus Inc. has an immediate opening for an IT / Connectivity Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing both on-site and remote technical support. They will be responsible for the configuration, and troubleshooting of connected MFPs and Printers, as well as performing technical support and troubleshooting of desktop systems hardware and software.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Support of MFPs- Installing print drivers, configuring scan to folder and scan to email, print to fax, and other print management software solutions.

Complete documentation of client information.

As needed, perform on-site visits for necessary changes or troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Professional appearance and behavior, including punctuality.

Attention to detail, to ensure every aspect of connected services is done correctly and properly.

Must know about Smartphones, tablets, Windows clients (Windows 10 and 11); and iOS (Mac)operating systems.

Must have a working knowledge of TCP / IP networking.

Strong Communication skills and problem-solving skills.

Record, track, and document the problem-solving process.

A+ and Network+ certifications and any computer-related certifications are a plus.
