Assistant Project Manager - Interiors - Healthcare - DC Metro

Our client is a well-established general contractor with over four decades of experience delivering high-quality interior construction projects across the DC-Metro area. Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for :

  • Assisting in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project quality.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, reports, and permits.
  • Identifying and addressing potential risks or challenges during project execution.
  • Providing regular updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.
  • Supporting the procurement of materials and services as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have :
