Medical Support Clerk

Job Purpose

JVM Solutions is hiring Medical Support Clerks to support Processing Center in El Paso, TX.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Comply with all productivity standards and maintain a level of productivity comparable with that of other individuals performing similar services.
• Provide services of such quality that they meet or exceed currently recognized national standards as established by policies and procedures.
• Perform a variety of administrative duties including but not limited to answer phone calls from staff, patients and / or public and greets visitors referring them to the proper section / individual within the branch.
• Receive medical documentation from patients / HCPs. Ensure the patient correctly enters identifying information. Enter the correct disposition information based on guidance and direction from the provider.
• Perform a variety of duties associated with :

Review supplied rosters to determine units to be screened. Prepare list of unit medical records to be checked out of Medical Records Room
