General Position Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for supporting Sales Representatives with relationship management, client service and sales activities on behalf of the firm's Independent Wealth Channel (RIA), family offices and UHNW clients
  • Assist with all preparation for client / prospect meetings
  • Send follow-up materials such as presentations, client correspondence, financial and fee analyses, performance and attribution analyses, VDR information, etc.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly portfolio performance reports via emails, fact sheets, and quarterly portfolio review presentations
  • Arrange existing portfolio review and prospecting meetings on a monthly / quarterly basis for portfolio managers and supply the pre-meeting materials
  • Handle the routine client service requirements such as wire transfers, required distributions, subscription documents, redemption notices, etc.
  • Ad hoc special projects
