Studio+ Marketing and Communications Lead - Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic Marketing & Communications Leader to define and execute messaging strategy for a high-impact client engagement. This role will oversee a global, distributed team driving customer experience, digital engagement, and marketing communications across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is equally adept at crafting compelling narratives and guiding execution in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Messaging Strategy : Define and drive the messaging architecture across campaigns, digital properties, and customer communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
- Team Leadership : Lead, inspire, and mentor a blended global team of writers, designers, digital strategists, and MarCom specialists in a decentralized, AI-driven work environment.
- Integrated Marketing Execution : Oversee campaign development, AI-enabled asset creation, web / digital design, customer, stakeholder, and employee communications.
- Client Partnership : Act as a trusted advisor to client marketing, communications, and customer experience leaders, balancing creativity with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Practice Growth : Play a key role in building our West Coast marketing capability, shaping team culture, attracting talent, and developing new offerings.
- Innovation : Leverage AI-driven marketing tools and approaches to accelerate content production, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
- Quality & Compliance : Ensure all outputs meet brand standards, regulatory requirements, and high levels of creative and messaging excellence.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, creative leadership, or customer experience roles.Proven track record leading messaging and creative strategy for complex, regulated, or global organizations.Experience managing large global teams in distributed, hybrid, or offshore / onshore models.Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on direction.Expertise across campaign development, messaging frameworks, digital / UX design, branding, social media, and media activation.Strong client‑facing presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into compelling communications.Passion for mentoring and developing marketing talent.Curiosity and / or experience in AI‑driven marketing and creative technology.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field; advanced degree a plus.What We Offer
