Job Summary :

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in a non-IT capacity. This role is open to candidates with diverse professional backgrounds, including those returning to the workforce after a career break. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to adapt quickly and contribute to team goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business decision-making.

Coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.

Support project execution and follow-up on deliverables.

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and communication support.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.

Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work independently as well as in a team.
