Prepare cases for trial and litigate if a satisfactory settlement cannot be reached. Draft pleadings and discovery documents for lawsuits. Strategize for trial, mediation, or arbitration, ensuring thorough preparations. Review and sign off on correspondence drafted by team members. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient case progression. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to settle cases and advocate fiercely when necessary. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar of Ohio. High level of organization and attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to handle complex legal matters with expertise. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Cleveland, OH Health, dental, and vision insurance. Life and long-term disability insurance. - Assess insurance coverage and collect all necessary evidence for trial preparation.
