Overview

Base pay range : $22.00 / hr - $25.00 / hr

This range is provided by Pop-Up Talent. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

This is a part-time role (2-3 days a week).

Location : Burr Ridge, IL (via job posting and notification prompts).

About us : We are a busy household with two professional individuals, no kids or pets, seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient House Manager to help maintain the smooth operation of our household and support daily activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily household operations to ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors and service providers as needed
  • Monitor and manage household budgets, including handling invoices and payments
  • Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage shopping and procurement activities
  • Coordinate grocery purchases and basic food preparation
  • Perform basic laundry and coordinate dry-cleaning services

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a House Manager
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and requirements
  • Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing household staff or vendors
  • Knowledge of home maintenance and repair processes
  • Background in event planning and coordination
  • First Aid / CPR certification
