Job Title : Thrift Store Manager

FLSA Status : Full Time - non-exempt

Reports to : Envoy In-Charge

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 am-4 : 30 pm OR Tues-Sat 8 am-4 : 30 pm

Supervises : Assistant Store Manager & Clerks / Sorters

Rate of Pay : $20 / Hour

Closing Date : 09 / 10 / 2025

Function

The Thrift Store Manager is responsible for the operational success of the Thrift Stores and Warehouse Operations of the Sheridan Corps. This includes management of personnel, property, marketing, store set-up, back-room processing, bulk "rag" sales, transportation of Target salvage merchandise, and all production and retail operations.

Education, Experience, Skills, Qualifications

Proven success in retail management (thrift store management a plus) Preferred.

A minimum age of 21 (for insurance provision) and possession of a valid in-state driver's license is required.

Continued employment will be contingent upon a biennial (every two years) background check that is processed in accordance with The Salvation Army's policies.
