This position is part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work.

Position Title :

  • Project Officer Location : Hanover, MD Clearance Required : Top Secret / SCI Position Overview : Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.
  • The Project Officer provides program-level support to ensure contract deliverables are met, stakeholder coordination is maintained, and program execution aligns with strategic objectives.
  • This role contributes to documentation development, task management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operations and communications within the program office.
  • Take ownership of task tracking, documentation and streamlined reporting processes.
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of team events and briefings.
  • Maintain calendars, task logs, and deliverable trackers.
  • Provide administrative and project-level support to the Assistant Program Manager.
  • Facilitate information flow between internal and external stakeholders.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 5–7 years of project or program coordination experience within federal programs.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
