Toll Brothers , Americas leading builder of luxury homes seeks an Architectural Designer for our office located in Irvine, California.

What is the opportunity?

Production designer. Produces new product based on creative direction. Conducts schematic design review meetings with in-house design team and revises per requests. Creates option lists, designs and rules. Creates design handoff package. Must be competent in all aspects of wood construction and documentation and be able to program, layout and present marketable residential products. Essential skill sets include adaptability, flexibility, creativity, spatial vision, graphic dexterity and inter- and intra-departmental collaboration.

Accountable for :

Quality of assigned projects

Design production of new architectural product

Buyer trends and Division specific market needs

Bachelors Degree in Architecture

Architectural artistic or other creative background

The salary for this position is $62,000-$80,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus.
