ABOUT THE ROLE
The AIM implementation / revitalization Breaking the reactive cycle is a change process with a substantial impact on the manufacturing of cement and all related departments. The success of the project is directly related to the effort and commitment of the client to support the change process actively. The Task Force Leader as part of the AIM project organization is one essential condition to achieve the project targets, supporting and coaching in the implementation of the systems and laying a solid foundation for continuous improvement once the project is completed.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

Education : Bachelor's degree
Additional Education Preferred : Master's degree
Field of Study Preferred : Maintenance Engineering or related discipline
Required Work Experience : 5 to 7 years in plant maintenance position in a heavy industry, preferably in the area of management systems, quality systems, project management
Required Training / Certifications : Knowledge, training, or experience in Lean manufacturing highly desired. Project management.
Required Technical Skills : Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS (Maximo and SAP PM)
Travel Requirements : 20%
