About the Practice

Corewell Health care center Ada is made up of several departments including Primary Care, Midwifery, urgent care, lab, x-ray, ultrasound and physical therapy. These services are all conveniently housed under one building. The team culture of our primary care office is based around open communication, strong teamwork, and collaboration. As an office we strive to deliver the best patient care all while promoting an inclusive, supportive and fun work environment. We offer lunch and learn sessions in the office, as well as team bonding events outside of the workspace. About Outpatient Clinics

Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.

Scope of work

This team member will serve in a clinical and clerical role. The team member delivers quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Provider; they also provide clerical support in complex matters to assist in the delivery of value-driven health care services.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent Required

AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days

2 years of Insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support experience Preferred

2 years of clinical care experience Preferred
