Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Albemarle, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ED - Emergency Department Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Minimum Years of Experience : 2 years ED RN experience (Resource Team requirement) Will accept a first-time traveler? Not preferred - will consider Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI required; TNCC (preferred) Radius rule : Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit Will be required to float per region needs - will require floating to all facilities listed below, as needed, within scope of practice - DECLINE if not agreeable Region 1 floating includes : Cabarrus, University City, Stanly, any Freestanding ED within Region, Lake Norman, Central Division (CMC Main Mercy LCH) If floating mid-shift, Traveler will be paid for the time traveling between facilities (will remain on the clock) General ED skillset required - Cardiac rhythm interpretation, experience with critical care drips, vent management, chest tubes, PIV starts, TNK / TPA administration, conscious sedation, ESI Assessments, etc. ADDITIONAL DETAILS : Patient Ratios : RN : 1 : 4-5, based on acuity Premier Medical Staffing Job ID 597857 About Premier Medical Staffing Services Premier Medical Staffing Services, LLC is a nationally expanding healthcare staffing firm for healthcare professionals and companies.
