The primary responsibility of this role is to support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and strengthen the company's digital presence. Reporting to the Digital and Social Communications Manager, the person in this role will support the TFS Marketing department's objective to be the premier communication portal for in-market consumers as well as future TFS buyers and to provide relevant compelling content that facilitates an engaging "TFS-like" digital experience.
What you'll be doing :
- Lead cross-functional projects, partnering with Marketing, TFS IDS Domains, Service Operations, Product & Sales, TMNA and external stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Develop and evolve digital strategies that align with company goals and strengthen our leadership in the digital space.
- Manage website and mobile app marketing content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integration with broader marketing campaigns.
- Leverage data and analytics to define KPIs, monitor performance, and provide insights that improve user engagement and customer experience.
- Research industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company in enterprise-wide digital initiatives, contributing to roadmaps, content calendars, and long-term planning.
What you bring :
BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of relevant work experience in similar field and / or industryExperience using content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce and / or SitecoreWorking knowledge of TFS / TMNA brand and productsStrong presentation, planning, organizational and written skillsExperience using reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, Google Analytics and / or TableauExperience in managing and coordinating various projects; project managementExperience with both business teams (e.g., marketing, product) and technical teams (e.g., IT, developers) on website or digital projectsExperience in agile and / or scrum methodologyAdded bonus if you have :
