Front Desk Agent-
The Guest Services team is vital to the success of our property! Working at the Front Desk places you at the hub of the hotel with perpetual guest interaction, and we are looking for candidates with a passion to serve others!
A Guest Services Representative is key to the overall experience of our guests making the first and last impression of our hotel for all of our guests. If you enjoy engaging with others and have a winning personality and high sense of responsibility – this role is perfect for you!
What you will be doing :
Maintain a high level of guest service and hospitality | Provide a positive and seamless arrival and departure experience | Promptly and effectively field guest concerns or issues | Interact with guests with a high level of professionalism, tact and diplomacy
The ideal candidate for this position :
A keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring | Strong communication skills | Hospitality or customer service experience highly preferred | Proficiency in Microsoft Office
