An outgoing, results-driven personality. Ability to close deals using proven tools and solutions. Experience with home / bathroom renovation, remodeling, or construction is a plus. High school diploma or GED. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Job Description
Five Star Bath Solutions is a rapidly growing, nationally recognized franchise that specializes in no-hassle bathroom remodeling services. We are expanding in the Tampa, FL market and are looking for an ambitious Home Improvement Sales Representative (confirmed appointments provided), with in-home sales experience and knowledge of the construction or bathroom remodeling process.

Responsibilities
- Personally selling in the home, providing company, product and process information and estimates.
- Applying sales closing techniques, offering solutions to customers' issues and objections.
- Maintaining monthly and annual quotas.
- Completing paperwork including contracts, financing documents, and scheduling information.
- Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction through all necessary follow-up and communications.
