Pride Health is seeking a Sonographer to support one of our largest healthcare clients in Paramus, NJ . If youre looking for a rewarding opportunity, we would love to connect with you!

Location : Paramus, NJ

Duration : 13 weeks

Schedule : 4x10 Nights

Weekly Gross : $3,000

Job Summary :

The Sonographer will perform high-quality diagnostic and vascular ultrasound studies, ensuring accurate and timely imaging to support patient care.

Required Experience & Skills :

  • Ultrasound Expertise : Must be proficient in General, Vascular, OB / GYN, and Small Parts modalities
  • Dual Certification Required : ARDMS (AB, OB / GYN) with RDMS or RVT (CCI) credentials
  • BLS (AHA) certification
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years; must be able to work independently

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Perform ultrasound studies in OB / GYN, Abdomen, Small Body Parts, Arterial & Venous, Peripheral Vascular, and Cerebrovascular systems
  • Detect obstructions, stenosis, aneurysms, and other abnormalities
  • Conduct patient preparation, positioning, and orientation prior to procedures
  • Acquire high-quality diagnostic images and provide preliminary findings for physician interpretation
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all exams according to hospital standards
  • Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment for optimal performance
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of patient care
  • Uphold all safety regulations, infection control, HIPAA, and professional guidelines

    • Education :

    Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Sonography program

    Certifications & Licensure :

  • ARDMS Registered in AB and OB / GYN with RDMS or RVT (CCI) credentials
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) American Heart Association

    • Experience :

    Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience required
