Job Summary :
- Directs the programs and staff of the respiratory therapy department.
- Develops and implements respiratory care services in accordance with the policies of the hospital and the directives of the medical staff.
- Monitors patient progress and treatment plans. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
