Shift : 12-hour night shifts (NOC), every other weekend required

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,950–$2,090

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Illinois RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)

Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience

Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend

Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Effingham, IL

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

BLS and ACLS certifications preferred

ER Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Room

Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize emergency care

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document all patient care activities

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Maintain a safe, clean work environment according to hospital policies
