As Director of Integrated Resource Planning, you will oversee the development of AEP's Integrated Resource Plans (IRPs) across all regulated jurisdictions. You'll lead scenario planning, resource valuation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AEP's generation resource portfolio meets evolving market, policy, and customer needs. Your work will directly inform corporate strategy, regulatory filings, and long-term investment decisions. You'll serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to senior leadership, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders, helping to position AEP as a forward-thinking, reliable, and sustainable energy provider.

Compensation Range : $155,761.00-202,490.50 USD
