What You Will Be Doing

As a full-time Victra Kiosk Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to control your career in one of our kiosk locations. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate kiosk experience.

In this role, you will :

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals : Maintain operational compliance while delivering top-notch customer service.
• Exude charisma : Captivate and engage customers.

• Turn 'No' into solutions : Solve for current and future needs of the guest.

Compensation and Benefits

We are proud our sales consultants earn a guaranteed minimum #all-in rate of $14-$21 / hour, with additional earning potential when combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission.

Paid Time Off : Employees accrue paid time off each pay period, starting at 40 hours per year and increasing to 80 hours per year after the first year.

Requirements

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must complete a 1-week training program, which may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will also be required.
