The Midwest's #1 Remodeler is looking for an Install Technician to represent Mad City Windows & Baths in fielding a variety of residential construction service and repair appointments within our Owatonna, MN market!

Mad City Windows & Baths leads the industry in residential Bath, Kitchen, and Window installation standards! We are searching for a well-rounded and experienced maintenance tech that has at least 3+ years in the construction, remodeling, or building maintenance experience.

Our install technicians follow up with warranty or repair claims on any remodeling jobs that Mad City Windows & Baths completes.

Daily tasks could include the following :

• Drywall patching
• Painting and staining
• Installing shower doors
• Fixing plumbing leaks
• Replacing window sashes
• Wrapping windows
• Interior trim work
• General caulking and cleaning
• Misc. carpentry work
