POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our team at our Hyde Park and Beverly locations. This role is vital to creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless patient experience. The PSR is responsible for greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, assisting with the check-out process, and supporting day-to-day front office operations.
