Lab Director - Chemistry

Matrix Sciences is seeking a Chemistry Laboratory Director to lead our Food Chemistry Laboratory team. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving technical innovation, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead with purpose : oversee all operations of the Food Chemistry business unit, ensuring scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Drive Innovation : Champion method development, validation, and troubleshooting to meet ISO standards and client-specific needs.
• Be the Client’s Trusted Partner : Collaborate with Sales and Client Services to support client onboarding and issue resolution.
• Inspire and Develop Talent : Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Optimize and Improve : Implement KPIs, streamline workflows, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Represent Matrix Sciences : Engage with industry associations and conference to promote our brand and stay ahead of scientific trends.
