What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive energy and sustainability strategy for the corporate campus, aligning with the organization's overall sustainability goals and objectives.
• Evaluate current energy consumption, waste management, and environmental practices, and identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards energy and sustainability goals and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Develop and implement energy conservation measures (ECMs) and waste reduction initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
• Collaborate with facilities management, engineering, and other departments to ensure energy and sustainability initiatives are integrated into building design, construction, and operations.
• Conduct energy audits to identify opportunities for energy efficiency. Develop and implement energy saving and sustainability projects that lower energy costs and lower GHG emissions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to energy and sustainability, and recommend potential opportunities for the organization to adopt.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal energy and environmental regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies and legislation.
• Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and other external partners related to energy and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on energy and sustainability performance, progress, and recommendations to senior management, and other stakeholders as needed.
