Position Description

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our Data Center vertical. This role will oversee financial analysis, reporting, and business support to ensure efficient operations and financial performance. The ideal candidate comes with extensive experience in finance and will ensure timely consolidation and dissemination of all financial products and other advice to relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure informed strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reviews and forecasts, leading a team of financial analysts.
• Identify the root cause for forecast variances and drive cross-functional process improvements.
• Use learnings and insights to refine future financial forecasts and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, material variances, and labor expenses to identify opportunities for cost improvement.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of financial systems to streamline reporting and provide in-depth ad-hoc analysis.
• Partner with plant leadership to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiencies and cost savings.
• Monitor inventory levels, assess cost impacts, and support capital expenditure analysis.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and procedures, and support audits and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to support strategic customer engagements.
• Exhibit strong leadership behaviors in conjunction with the 80 / 20 operating model.
• Mentor and develop junior financial analysts and senior financial analysts.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
