Job Description

Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and quality standards.

Monitor project budgets and report any potential overruns or cost-saving opportunities.

Enforce safety regulations and ensure all team members comply with company policies.

Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptly.

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to maintain alignment.

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.

Troubleshoot challenges on-site and implement effective solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :
