Evans Family Law Group is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to take on meaningful responsibility, sharpen trial skills, and grow under hands-on mentorship.

What youll do

  • Lead client intake and maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism
  • Prepare witnesses and develop persuasive testimony strategies
  • Conduct case research and draft sophisticated pleadings, discovery, and settlement documents
  • Drive mediation and trial preparation, including factual and legal strategy
  • Attend hearings to gain valuable courtroom skills
  • Attend depositions and mediations to assist the lead attorney and support clients
  • Leverage legal technology to manage workflow and improve client service
  • Who were looking for

  • 2+ years practicing law in Texas (Austin preferred)
  • Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas (preferred)
  • Familiarity litigation process and a strong interest in courtroom advocacy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, organized, proactive, and trustworthy
  • A collaborative mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow under mentorship

    Pay : $125,000.00 - $138,000.00 per year
