Genesis10 is seeking a Post Approval Coordinator for a 12-month contract position with a client located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a remote opportunity. Compensation : $16.00 per hour. Summary : The Post Approval Coordinator is responsible for obtaining completed documents and forms required to place insurance policies in-force. This position involves frequent communication with insurance agents, their staff, and internal customers to ensure timely and accurate processing of policy documentation. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and verify completed documents and forms necessary for placing insurance policies in-force.
• Communicate professionally via email and phone with insurance agents, their staff, and internal teams.
• Explain processes and procedures clearly to agents and other stakeholders.
• Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy ( "good order") and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare documents for electronic signatures using internal systems or tools.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and status questions related to pending documentation.
• Understand incoming requests and determine the appropriate next steps or potential solutions using available resources.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to streamline processes and improve turnaround times.
