Trilogy Warehouse Partners & Refrig-It Inc. have over 30 years of hands-on experience operating Food Grade Multi-Temp Warehousing and distribution facilities in the St. Louis Metro area and in the deep Northeast, adjacent to the Ports of New Jersey / New York. Likewise, our combined business models have purposefully focused on providing third party warehousing environments to specifically meet the ever-changing needs of domestic and international food manufacturers, grocery retailers, food distributors and importers.

This role is responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees, thereby directly impacting the company's talent acquisition strategy. Additionally, the HR professional will handle employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating communication between staff and management. The position also involves developing and implementing HR policies that align with the company's goals and values. Ultimately, the HR role is essential in promoting employee engagement and retention, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an HR role or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
