The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care as part of Unity's dedicated healthcare team. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, the LPN provides direct patient care, supports the development and execution of care plans, and performs delegated nursing tasks to ensure the highest quality of service.
Schedule : 32-36 hours per week, working either 11 : 00 AM – 11 : 30 PM while at the Meng Residence or 3 : 00 pm - 11 : 00 pm while working in the community, including every 3rd weekend rotation, and 2-3 holidays per year.
This position is primarily based at our Meng Residence and will also provide support in the community as needed, assisting patients in their homes or at partner facilities.
