Facilities : Provider will be credentialed at two sites (Morganton & Valdese)

Patient Volume :

Facility (Morganton) : 30,000 annual visits

Facility (Valdese) : 15,000 annual visits

ED Beds : Morganton : 19

Valdese : 12

Admission Rate : Morganton : 10%

Valdese : 60%

Acuity : Moderate

Coverage Model :

24-hour physician coverage at both facilities

APC coverage :

Morganton : 8a-6p, 11a-9p, 5p-3a daily

Valdese : 12p-10p daily

Shift Details : Morganton :

Weekdays : 6a-3p, 2p-11p, 10p-7a (MD)

Weekends : 6p-6a (MD)

Valdese : 6a-6p, 6p-6a (MD)

Priority Need : Night shift coverage

EMR : Epic

Requirements

Board Certification : ABEM - Required

Licensure : Active North Carolina License - Required

Experience : Must have clean malpractice and background history

Shifts : Minimum of 10 shifts per month required
