Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and technical support for Claims Adjusters
Process payments and prepare legal and medical documents
Communicate with medical providers and manage appointment scheduling
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year experience in a Workers' Compensation and / or Commercial Auto claims environment
Strong organizational skills to ensure timely task completion
Ability to respond professionally to customer requests
Experience in gathering and analyzing information to solve problems
